Day One
Lollapalooza, the massive, annual four day music festival, once again landed back at its home in Chicago’s Grant Park for its 2026 run. It featured dozens of bands, sprawled out over four days, all on the city’s front lawn. Day 1 headliner DJ John Summit brought with him some local flavor, having grown up in nearby suburban Naperville. The day was filled with plenty of other musical options as well like, specifically, performances from Kim Theory, Faouiza, Asha Banks, Marlon Funaki, Haute & Freddy, Ecca Vandal, Paris Paloma, 5 Seconds of Summer, Audrey Hobert, Empire of the Sun, Sombr, Wet Leg and Viagra Boys
