It’s been more than one week since we’ve seen the Barenaked Ladies, but fear not! The beloved Canadian rock band is returning this year with their Last Summer On Earth Tour. Featuring special guests Guster and Fastball, it’s sure to be a night of groovy tunes, non-stop fun, and lots of dancing. Barenaked Ladies will bring the tour to the Chicago Theatre this Wednesday, June 11th at 7 PM. Get tickets while you still can hear.
It’s finally starting to feel like summer and what better why to soak up the sun than with a street festival? Taste of Randolph returns for three-days of delicious food and good music. Featuring 33 performances over the weekend, this year’s lineup includes OK Go, Slow Pulp, Phantogram, Spitalfield, The Junior Varsity, Girl Math, Moontype, and more. The DJ aka Simon Green launched his career spinning trip hop beats and has since explored the realms of jazz and world music. But what makes his music standout is his incorporation of organic instrumentation and electronic sounds. Bonobo returns to Chicago for a DJ set at Radius’ Boiler Room alongside DJ Heather, DJ Seinfeld, Mister Wallace, and more. It all goes down Saturday, June 14th at 10 PM. Grab tickets here.
