Stage Buzz: AC/DC, Post Malone, Youth Code

| May 22, 2025

Youth Code

Is Post Malone a rapper? Country superstar? A sensitive rocker? He’s all of the above. From hip hop to hard rock, Post Malone has spanned multiple genres and shows no sign of stopping. Refusing to be pigeonholed, he breaks the rules of genre to create music that’s soul-bearing, heartfelt, and provocative. Post Malone will perform one of his biggest shows yet when he brings “The BIG ASS Stadium Tour” to Wrigley Field on Thursday, May 22nd. This one is sold out.

AC/DC is the quintessential heavy rock band. They’re responsible for some of rock’s most iconic songs like “Back In Black,” “Thunderstruck,” “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap,” “You Shook Me All Night Long,” and “Highway to Hell.” 52 years later, they’re still rocking and rolling, defying the odds after lead vocalist Bon Scott died in 1980. Catch these living legends when they play a sold-out show at Soldier Field this Saturday, May 24th, at 8 PM.

Listening to Youth Code is a sonic assault. It’s like being repeatedly pummeled in the face and gut, yet for some reason, you keep asking for me. The EBM duo returns this year with their new EP, Yours, With Malice, marking their first new music in four years. The duo performs tracks from their new EP and more at Sleeping Village with Insula Iscariot and Black Cross Hotel on Saturday, May 24th at 9 PM. Tickets are available here.
