Lollapalooza Chicago 2016 – Day 1

Day 1 of Lollapalooza 2016 arrived in Chicago’s Grant Park, weekend, and IE’s Curt Baran endured the rain that delayed the opening of the gates by some 40 minutes. When they finally cut him loose, he captured performances from Tennyson, Pinegrove, Autolux, Hiatus Kaiyote, Kehlani, Melanie Martinez, Danny Brown, Wavves, Bastille, City and Colour, Daughter, Kurt Vile + the Violatirs, The 1975, The Arcs and, one of the evenings headliners, Lana Del Rey.
