Wounded Warrior Rockfest takes place Monday the 30th at Durty Nellie’s in Palatine, and will drive proceeds and donations to its namesake program to help severely injured combat veterans return to civilian life.

Split into two events, one all-ages and the other 21+, and will feature appearances by Congressmen Robert Dold and Joe Walsh, as well as Palatine Mayor Jim Schwantz. The afternoon (2 to 5:30) portion lists performances by The Dirty Rooks, Imminent, Tarrington, On A Dime, and Blackjack Sass, while the evening (6 to 10) hosts Board Of Governors, Some Years Later, AM:PM, and Skinwalker.
