After releasing her critically acclaimed debut album Room 25, Chicago rapper Noname took a break from music to deal with her frustrations about the scene and to focus her energy on her education and her book club. She wasn’t completely absent, releasing various one-off singles now and then. But she finally returned with her long-awaited second album, Sundial, back in August. Expect to hear her latest and greatest when she plays The Vic Theatre on Friday, November 24 at 7:30 PM. Tickets available here.

Deafheaven will celebrate 10 years of their seminal 2013 album, Sunbather, with a series of anniversary shows. The tour kicks off in Chicago at the House of Blues Sunday, November 26 with  special guests Touche Amore and Hide. Find tickets here.

Acclaimed Steely Dan Tribute, Deacon Blues comes to Des Plaines Theatre  Saturday, November 25. Their Thanksgiving weekend shows are a long standing tradition at Arcada Theatre. This year – sister- venue Des Plaines Theatre hosts. The All-Star band is a celebration of all things Becker & Fagan, including classic cuts “FM,” “Deacon Blues,” “Hey Nineteen, “I Got The News,” Reelin’ In The Years,” and classic Dan album tracks “Pretzel Logic,” “Show Biz Kids,” “Home at Last.” Read our interview with co-founder Steven Kikoen here. Get 25% tickets with code DEACON25 at ticket checkout.

Heavy rock legends KISS have been rocking all night and partying everyday for the past 50 (!) years. And now, for the sixth time, KISS are saying goodbye. This time for good. KISS will celebrate their long-lasting career when they bring the “End of the Road World Tour” to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL on Monday, November 27. Don’t miss your chance to say goodbye to these rock titans. You can still get tickets here. (Note Paul Stanley came down with nasty case of the flu at press time – it’s going around – check social media for show status. Get well quickly Paul)
