Chicago, IL
Listen to new TIME ZONE music – there are 3 tunes here in their original pre-mixed and pre-mastered status that will end up on the group’s debut album, with the working title “Stereopticon.” Time Zone makes its debut this month at City Winery Chicago on Monday, September 18. Come down to the now legendary City Winery and dig into the Winery’s super delectable menu and marvel at their superb wines––while simultaneously entering the Time Zone and equally digging the sounds of this multi-genre experience.
Time Zone is a group of award-winning All-Star and Grammy® winning musicians interested in the symbiotic relationship between Jazz, Rock, Prog, and Pop.
Also seen here is a short animated promo video created for the City Winery Time Zone appearance that has an “abbreviated” take on their original music as well. Time Zone music stays with you; it’s that memorable and infectious.
The group will be performing its original material in addition to a salute to the music of Pat Metheny & Lyle Mays. TIME ZONE is Deacon Blues Founder and award-winning guitarist Steven Kikoen (Prognosis, Abbey Road, Big Suit); 7-time Grammy® winning drummer Paul Wertico (Pat Metheny Group, Deacon Blues, Wertico, Cain, & Gray); Chicago Keyboard Icon Ben Lewis (Ben Lewis Trio, Gary Sinise’s Lt.
