Helloween
German metal legends Helloween, recently inducted into the Heavy Metal Hall of Fame in New York, come to the Riviera Theatre on Friday, 5/26. Their debut album Walls of Jericho, has stood the test of time as one the greatest speed metal debuts ever.  Helloween is touring with metal stalwarts Hammerfall – making this tour one of the best metal tours of the year.
The Blockheads are coming! The Blockheads are coming! Generations of New Kids On The Block fans will descend upon Rosemont to celebrate the OG boy band. The first-ever Blockcon kicks off Friday, May 26, with an intimate performance from the NKOTB guys themselves at the Rosemont Theatre. The fun continues on Saturday when the guys will host a series of panels with surprise special guests, followed by an NKTOB prom that night. The event concludes Sunday with a farewell breakfast. Janet, Miss Jackson (Janet Jackson) if you’re nasty, is making her long-awaited return to the stage. The singer will bring four decades worth of hits and fan favorites along with out-of-this-world dancing to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre Stage in Tinley Park on Saturday, May 27 at 7:45 PM. From “Kiss From a Rose” to “Crazy,” British singer Seal has had a storied career. Now, he’ll celebrate his 30th anniversary on the road by performing two classic albums, 1991’s Seal and 1994’s Seal II in full. The tour swings by Chicago for a performance at the Chicago Theatre on Saturday, May 27, at 7:30 PM with support from Trevor Horn of The Buggles. Tickets are available here.
Vegas-based rockers Adleitas Way comes to The Forge in Joliet Saturday, May 27, with Otherwise, Moon Fever and Above Snakes. Their shows in Joliet are always exceptional. Touring in support of their heavy new album Gawdzillionaire, Saturday’s show should be no exception.
