Like every other performer on the planet, Lindsey Stirling had to put all her touring plans on hold when COVID shut down live music. In the wake of vaccines and the window of opportunity that is still presenting itself as COVID vaccinations increase, the California native finally brings her postponed Artemis Tour to Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on Tuesday, August 10. As a pristine example of self-starter success, the violinist originally started posting her performances-which mix a melange of pop and classical music styles with choreographed dance and ballet moves-to her Lindseystomp YouTube channel which, since its genesis, has since racked up tens of millions of views. The tour shares its name with her fifth full length album, released back in 2019.– Curt Baran
