Photo Gallery: Billy Eilish at United Center

| June 11, 2019

Billie Eilish is an old soul. There can be no other explanation as to how the 17 year-old phenomenon has so completely tapped into the human and emotional condition of her generation. Originally scheduled for the considerably smaller Aragon Ballroom (capacity 5000), tickets disappeared as quickly as they were made available, so a second show was added. Those then vaporized in a similar fashion, forcing promoters to move everything to the cavernous United Center (capacity 18,000-ish). As a surprise to no one, THAT show was an instant sell out.

Eilish, along with her brother and collaborator Finnaes O’Connell, were initially an Internet sensation, releasing the single “Ocean Eyes” on SoundCloud back in 2016. It was only a matter of time before Main Street caught on as well. The Los Angeles native released When We All Fall Alsleep, Where Do We Go?” earlier this year and it promptly debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. And when showtime finally arrived, the faithful where rewarded. Without a traditional radio hit to her credit, Eilish led one sing-along after another, barely pausing to catch her breath. 18 songs later, it was over. So was any lingering doubt that she is the real deal.

Looks like all these pics were taken in the first 7 minutes of the concert and none from later? Are you going to upload later or do you have an explanation why you left early?

Most artists only give photographers first 3 songs to shoot their shows. The cliche goes like this:
