We were hoping they’d be kicking off the Chicago 2016 Olympics Wrap-up Party, but it wasn’t meant to be. Ed Spinelli had to settle for the Wilco Sunday on the lakefront. It actually wasn’t settling at all. Jeff Tweedy and company were stunning on a perfect summer night.
