It’s Mobfest again!

The industry staple of Chicago music’s summer diet, Mobfest returns this weekend for self-help showcases and panels.

If it’s the showcases you’re interested in, then the only stat you need know is 6/26 at 2871 in 60657. That’s code for Lakeview/Lincoln Park’s Elbo Room, sitchyated up on Lincoln Avenue. Beginning 2 p.m. Saturday, sit in on Management/Development whose guests come from KMA, Heavy Hitter, Uppercut, and 1L. Then, at 3:15, the A&R/Major Label committee will be hosted by Roger Jansen and reps from Atlantic, Epic, and 8th Impression. Finally, things wrap up at 4:30 on the “Exposure” topic, via folks from JBTV, Q101, Jira Productions, Elbo Room, and Double Door.
