Beginning this weekend, August 5th, Access Radio will begin airing “Chicago Entertainment,” so you can get your Illinois Entertainer on the air!
We will be taping two half-hour shows a month to be run in perpetuity, highlighting things like the new issue, upcoming concerts, local news, and blasting new music! The first episode features tunes from Catfish Haven, Outlaw Family Band, and Rise Against, while the second episode, debuting August 12th, contains The Steepwater Band, The Siderunners, and Plain White T’s.
Where can you hear it? Try FIVE stations all on your AM dial: WNDZ 750, WAIT 820, WCPT 850, WCFI 1470, and WSBC 1240. We aren’t certain of exact times, however with all these dial choices we hope it isn’t too hard to find. In the future we hope to overtake NineFM (92.5, 92.7, 99.9). The obnoxious banter of hosts Trevor Fisher, Steve Forstneger, and Timothy Hiatt is only a couple clicks away!
