You may know Michael Shannon as a two-time Oscar-nominated actor. But now, it’s time to get to know Michael Shannon the musician. Shannon and his longtime musical collaborator Jason Narducy are teaming up to celebrate the 40thanniversary of R.E.M.’s Lifes Rich Pageant. Chicago’s own Action/Adventure is celebrating the release of their latest album, Ever After, in a huge way. Punk veterans Descendents pioneered the SoCal pop punk scene with their landmark album Milo Goes to College. They’ve gone on to release albums that continue to resonate with punk rockers, young and old.
