Stage Buzz: Dinosaur Jr., Ghost, TLC, Lollapalooza

Dinosaur Jr. may be one of the most influential alternative bands of the 80s, but don’t call them a legacy act. The band behind alternative mainstays like “Feel the Pain,” “The Wagon,” “Freak Scene,” and “Start Choppin,” keeps on going with their latest album, Sweep it Into Space, released in 2021. The biggest tour of the summer has finally arrived. Lollapalooza returns to Grant Park for four days of acclaimed headliners and emerging artists. As always, this year has a stacked lineup featuring Tyler, the Creator, Cage the Elephant, Magdalena Bay, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, T-Pain, Doechii, MARINA, Bleachers, Korn, Luke Combs, and more. Pioneering hip hop group TLC hasn’t let major loss stop them. Continuing as a duo, Chili and T-Boz keep the group’s legacy going and the memory of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes alive.
