When emo band The Wonder Years released their seventh album, The Hum Goes on Forever in 2022, it was a momentous occasion that was a long time coming. Lockdown, COVID precautions, and vinyl shortages caused delays with the record. But the band is finally back in full swing. Expect to hear new cuts and fan favorites during their show at Concord Music Hall with Hot Mulligan and Carly Cosgrove on Thursday, March 16. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Get tickets here.

Show Me the Body may have its roots in the hardcore scene, but its sound makes them harder to pin down. They fuse elements of noise-punk, hip-hop, sludge metal, and punk rock to create the abrasive sound that has earned them a cult following over the past few years. You can catch their in-your-face show when they play the Metro with special guests Jesus Piece, Scowl, Zuli, and TRiPPJONES on Thursday, March 16. Doors open at 6 PM. Tickets are available here.

The Roots are one of the most prolific bands in music. Their fusion of hip-hop with jazz, soul, and pop gives them an instantly recognizable sound and one that’s earned them many accolades throughout their 36-year career. The Roots will bring their eclectic sound to The Salt Shed on Saturday, March 18 at 8 PM. You can still get tickets here.
