Chicago indie rockers Signal The Launch were at ELECTRICAL AUDIO in Chicago with acclaimed producer/engineer Steve Albini recording two tracks for their EP Dance Like a Vampire. The “Vampire” track has been a fan favorite since 2018, and the band has also shot an engaging F. W. Murnau inspired 1920’s horror-inspired music video conceived by director Zach Spangler. The group is also planning to track new music with Albini in December at Electrical Audio.
At RANGER STUDIOS in Franklin Park, Hannah Frank had an impressive showcase on their main soundstage, with a reunion showcase by Jeff Brown and The New Black.
At CHICAGO RECORDING COMPANY Chance The Rapper‘s new album was finished with CRC’ s engineering crew, pulling around the clock duty to make it happen, Crew included Gabriel Jaskowiak, Dexter Coleman, Dam Primo, Sarah Hamilton, Rob Smierciak, Tony Kordysh, Christopher Boyle, and Mason Bonner
At RAX TRAX R&B Vocalist Catho recorded the EP Ego Trippin with owner/engineer Rick Barnes.
