Australian native Kevin Parker, a.k.a. Tame Impala, is taking a well deserved victory lap. His 2015 release Currents landed on countless “best of” lists and the crowds at his live shows continue to swell. IE ‘s Curt Baran descended into the psychedelic swirl at Racine and Harrison on the West Side to capture the trip. Before he tuned in, turned on and dropped out, he also checked out NOLA’s guitar slinging Benjamin Booker.
