Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z announce summer tour

| February 22, 2013 | 1 Comment

Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z announced the cities they’ll visit on their mega “The Legends of the Summer” tour. Did you really think that joint Grammy appearance was just for fun? The jaunt should be renamed “The Masters of Cross Promotion” tour. Hova and JT will set out for the month-long, 12-city trek on July 17 in Toronto.

The pair hit Chicago on July 22 at Soldier Field.

Based on all those kooky emails we received warning us that Beyonce tickets would get swept up faster than we could type in our credit card number, it’s a no-brainer that seats will go swiftly.

For those determined to cut out Craigslist resellers, start strategizing now. Live Nation announced tickets go on sale Feb. 28 and revealed the hoops you’ll need to jump through succeed in the presale. Details below:

“Beginning today [Feb. 22], fans can click here or visit http://on.fb.me/13p2NSi to RSVP for early access to presale tickets available on February 27th. Citi® cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning today, February 22nd at 12 noon local time through Citi’s Private Pass® Program. For complete presale details visit www.citiprivatepass.com. Live Nation mobile app users will have access to presale tickets beginning February 27th.
