Megadeth had their groove just right but Metallica were all over the shop . Lars is to blame with 2 monster drummers (plus one who played exactly what was needed )on before him , he felt he had to put on a show . Disgusting slop - looked like a kid having a tantrum! Anthrax were great fun and Slayer were blistering . Repeated watchings show Megadeth has the sound , tightness and groove and for mine was the the standout . Cool but if it had happened 15 years ago. I grew up loving Anthrax (when they were worth loving and NOT living 23 years in the past), Megadeth (when they were awesome) and Metallica (when they were awesome, too)...but this show was just sad. It probably would have been good about ten years ago, but egos were too high and mighty... Slayer were horrible here, as they always have been (yawn) with Kerry King and that stupid gauntlet to Jeff "big as a god damn house" Hanneman wearing catcher's knee/shin pads(?) Also, I find it hilarious that movie theaters can handle all the crap that hollywood produces but Megadeth makes those "SUPER AWESOME CUSTOMIZED TOP OF THE LINE" theater speakers BLOW! I could hear at least three speakers that blew up during the show and the theater didn't offer us anything, not even an apology...lame. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
