Hence the "4" in the name of the tour. Just because Metallica shared the stage with Anthrax years ago.. and quite possibly other combinations - well they never ALL shared it as one tour with the other 2 in addition to themselves. In fact, it was fairly recent even, that Dave would have considered it. Think of all the hostility for years directed at Kirk. And why ? Because he replaced him. Though speculation - the fact remains he was very hostile. Even in the St Anger days he was quite mad at James and Lars too.
