Intern Wanted!
Chicago-based music monthly Illinois Entertainer seeks an editorial intern for immediate opening. Candidate must be passionate about all forms of pop music and have a feel for the local scene and industry. A background in journalism is a must, as is a grasp of the written language and a desire to hone your writing skills.
Experience with Apple/Macintosh computers and programs is a plus, as is a familiarity with Quark Express. The internship is about 15 to 20 hours per week during our M-F 10 to 5 workday, as well as the availability for some night and weekend assignments. We will accomodate those who seek college credit, however the internship is unpaid.
