I used to play with Andrew Davidson at his moms house in the chicken shack out back. I always knew we would both go far in the music world. However, I am glad to see that he hooked up with some pros who have their heads in the right direction. Much love to you Living Blue
Ill be at Bottom of the Hill in San Fran on the 12th to cheer you guys on.

M.S. Dodds is the worst music writer/critic on the planet. The music scene in Champaign is 1/2 as cool as it should be thanks to hacks like this.

How many times are the local papers gonna cover the Living Blue?? There is a Champaign band that is on Viva La Bam, XBox Games, Playstation Games, played CMJ, SXSW that any of the local papers refuse to cover. Tummler, on Small Stone Records, a major Indie label. When are these elitists gonna pull there heads out of there asses and give fair coverage to local bands?? No coverage for Tummler, a working band that has toured more than most in Champaign. When there first release came out on Mans Ruin Records, legendary Frank Kozik's label, they were told by M.S. Dodds that they didn't cover metal, sorry. Tummler isn't even a metal band. Good thing our witty writers even know their music genres!

Doug Hoepker is another one. Comparing the Living Blue to Blue Cheer meets Mudhoney. Are you kidding me?? What album were you listening to Doug?? As long as narrow minded writers keep covering a small sector of the bands, and only the ones they like, it's gonna be a sad day for the music scene in Champaign. God Bless Troy over at Innocent Words for giving good all-around coverage.
